As a Business Development Center Representative, you ARE Coastal Windows & Exteriors! You are tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. We are looking for someone who is creative, thinks out-of-the-box, can easily initiate educational informative two-way phone conversations with homeowners and is highly efficient and self-motivated. After training, the call center representative will also understand how to assess a homeowner’s needs and set up confirmed in-house estimates for them. Your main role will be contacting inquiries that have reached out to us, qualifying them as prospects, educating them about our products and setting up appointments. Your inbound/outbound phone calling, texting and emailing will generate new opportunities and serve the community with your efforts!

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $16.00-18.00 per hour, plus Monthly Bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift (Day & Evening); Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types: Monthly bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to being successful.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals.
  • 100% reliable, able to come to work in the office and detail oriented.
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • US work authorization.
